Chargefox operates through a mobile app (available on iPhone and Android) where you create an account, plug in your EV, and start charging. Pricing varies by location, operator, and charging speed, ranging from free at some AC charger locations to $0.99/kWh for 350kW ultra-rapid DC chargers. Members of motoring organisations (NRMA, RACV, RACQ, RAC, RAA, RACT) receive discounts at selected DC locations.

Chargefox offers a comprehensive range of charging options from 7kW AC to 350kW DC. AC chargers (7-22kW) are slower chargers ideal for longer stays at shopping centres. DC chargers include fast chargers (50kW) and ultra-rapid chargers (up to 350kW) for highway travel. At 350kW, an average EV can gain up to 450km of range in approximately 15 minutes. All chargers feature Type 2 plugs with many locations also offering CHAdeMO and CCS2 connectors.

Chargefox is Australia's largest EV charging network with over 950 sites across all states and territories, supporting more than 300,000 drivers.
